Description:
I have a list of 23 items and want to number them as an ordered list. It works
well if I use single brackets
 1) 2) 3) ...
but does not work well if I use double brackets
 (1) (2) (3) ...

After the ninth entry there is a leap in indentation, which makes t5he list
unusable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. write down 20 lines
2. make them an ordered list
3. switch between options

Actual Results:
a jump in indentation

Expected Results:
 proper indentation for all
