Description:
Trying to insert image in LibreOffice Calc cause images are not inserted
correctly . They are ancored on top on can't be moved or anchored outside work
area.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag an image inside Calc or insert with "Insert->Image" Menu
2. Try to move the image or set its property like position or size
3. Nothing happens or it's done bad
Actual Results:
Image can't be moved or moved just along top work area (first row)
Expected Results:
The Images must can be placed in all cells of sheet
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
