Description:
When one uses the tabbed UI and starts a maximized window, parts of the UI are
hidden. This bug is not new. It's been here at least since 7.x. I tried the
tabbed UI on different computers and distributions with different
configurations (Wayland/X11) with the same result. Since many bugs with the
tabbed UI have been solved, this is the last that stops me from using it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open writer
2. Setup tabbed UI
3. Maximize window
4. Close window
5. Start writer

Actual Results:
Parts of the UI are hidden. See screenshot:

Expected Results:
