Description:
When landing on a cell including a formula it is important to know if it
contains a formula like prior versions does.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type in cell A1 the formula =b1*b21.

2. Press Enter to land on cell A2 and Arrow Up to cell A1.


Actual Results:
Orca screen reader says 'zero'.

Expected Results:
like in Calc 7.4 and 7.3 Orca says 'Zero, Contains formula'.
