This is not working with Version 3.5.2.2.
Also works correctly on 3.5.5 and 3.6.beta1 on Fedora 64 bit

It is because Writer thinks that we need only content of selected cell, not
table itself.
For copy-paste inner table to another cell of outer table, select first cell of
