Bug #: 47584 Summary: When adding data, Calc should suggest extending the data range to include it in the chart Classification: Unclassified Product: LibreOffice Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS/Version: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: medium Component: Chart AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org ReportedBy: tbertels+bugzi...@gmail.com Steps to reproduce: Open Calc Create a new Spreadsheet (File -> New -> Spreadsheet) Enter the following data: - In cell A1: 1 - In cell A2: 2 - In Cell A3: 3 Select cells A1:A3 and insert a column chart (Insert -> Chart... -> Finish) Click on cell A4 and enter: 4 Expected result: Calc should ask us if we want to extend the chart data range to include the new data (cell A4) in the chart. This could be done with floating pop-up. There should be a Yes and a No button and a checkbox to do it each time without asking. A drop-down list should added to the chart option to be able to change the default behavior. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
