Sample file pivot table format issue
Win7x64 Ultimate
LIBODev Version 4.0.0.0.beta1+ (Build ID:

In the sample file, filter e.g. by LABEL to have less rows, and the old format
remains, only the new format is applied.
Not reproducible in 3.6.4.3
