As LibreOffice has multiple problems with doc(x) files, try to do the same
steps with SoftMaker FreeOffice:

I am using Fedora 18 and LO 3.6.5.2 (sorry, I don't have 3.6.6.2 available). I
downloaded the file and emailed it to myself. Opened read only and the file
looks the same in 3.6.5.2 and 4.2.0.2.
