@ Tommy - Printing issue have now magically resolved itself all is normal.
Actions: Disk clean up and disk de-fragmentation. Otherwise no changes made to
system. Applies to all LO applications

did you check if printer drivers are up to date in that WinXP computer?
@Tommy driver up to date:
Driver in both WIN7 and XP computer is HP LaserJet 200 color
