Can not reproduce with master build 4.5.0.0alpha on Linux Mint 17.
My guess is that this is specific to your CentOS setup.

Can not reproduce with OpenJDK IcedTea 7u71_2.5.3 and LibreOffice 4272 on Linux
Mint 17.
