Tested it with LO 5.1 RC1 and here it works fine!
Since I've installed the language pack manually it maybe the PPA installed
language file fails.
I've tried to remove and install

The current version 5.0.2.2 Build ID:00m0(Build:2) installed in Ubuntu 10.15
and is used by a lot of users has the same problem.
