Run LibreOffice Draw 2. Set zoom 1000% 3. Press Ctrl and rotate mouse wheel by 1 step EXPECTED: Zoom is changed: New_zoom = prev_zoom * A where A is a common ratio (value in range: 1A2) ACTUAL: Zoom is changed: New_zoom = prev_zoom + 10% COMMENTS: Actual behavior is incorrect because it is not functional if currect zoom is bug enough or small enough. For example, if current zoom is 1000%, then I have to rotate mouse wheel by 50 steps in order to change zoom to 500%, i.e. 50 steps to change zoom twice. On other hand, if zoom is very small (5%), then one step changes it to 15%, i.e. zoom is tripled; it is very uncomfortable. Correct behavior: Sequence of zoom factors must be a geometric progression: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geometric_progression common ratio can be calculated in following way: A = 10**(1/n) (** means power) E series is a good example of such progression: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preferred_number#E_series I think E6 is the best for zoom factors. It also would be good to snap to these values if user zooms by wheel after manually setting zoom not from series. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 44093] Forms open in printer view. They should open in web-view.
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44093 --- Comment #3 from Boudi bo...@clocked.eu 2011-12-27 00:24:56 PST --- I re-tested with a 3.5 made form and all works fine. I will re-test with 3.3 made forms and report back. Thanks. --- Comment #4 from Boudi bo...@clocked.eu 2011-12-27 06:59:52 PST --- Test Win 7(32) LO3.5 Forms odb made in 3.3 and OO 3.3 open in Lo 3.5 in print mode. Also if saved as text (odt) outside .odb forms made in OO 3.3 and LO 3.3 open in print mode. What parameter in the setting.xml is controlling this? If it is. Than I can compare files and report where possible difference in interpretation of settings take place. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 34425] [EasyHack] formatting background color toolbar button
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34425 Winfried Donkers o...@dci-electronics.nl changed: What|Removed |Added Attachment #54626|0 |1 is obsolete|| --- Comment #18 from Winfried Donkers o...@dci-electronics.nl 2011-12-27 02:58:19 UTC --- Created attachment 54840 -- https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=54840 modified code so far, still not complete I did make some progress: the double-function toolbutton shows the last used color and when pressing the left hand button, the color of the selection can be set. I have done this by using a boolean to check if the popup window (the color palette) has been used; if so, the last used color must be updated. BUT: to set the color to the correct value, I need to get the last used color. This is stored in mLastColor in SvxFontColorExtToolBoxControl (tbcontrl.cxx). The spot where the color is set, is in ScFormatShell::ExecuteAttr() (formatsh.cxx). How do I get this value? I hope any mentor/expert can give me a hint of the function/call to be used. When this is solved, I can complete the code for both background color as font color and submit the patch. Please help and/or provide comments on the modifications doen so far. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
