If you try to open the file with LibreOffice the Pivot Table works fine. If you try to open the file with Microsoft Office the file is corrupted. Please, follow all the steps to reproduce the bug. The Pivot Table works fine ONLY with LibreOffice. Which is exactly the code I started from in my previous comment. So this means
(probably) that back in the time, aDescriptor (and thus _aMediaDescriptor) did
contain a sensible value (the full path to the .odb file) for Document Base
URL. Need to find why/how this disappeared.

If you drag its left extreme just a little, text will actually flow on the first line, as you see in the same graph on page 2. To me, however, the real problem that emerges is that when you rotate this objects with text contained, the text rotates accordingly but its location and the placement within the polygon edges are completely lost. Check in the third page the same orange polygon of page 2, but with a 45° rotation: as you can see here things really go berserk. With the Styles and Formatting desk shown as well, the text in my document is no longer readable when I have optimal zoom set. Without the sidebar, it was small but readable. The bug still appears with the monitors cloned. The bug shows up in LibreOfficeDev_4.5.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86. The original bug report was observed with Using hardware acceleration and Use anti-aliasing checked. On unchecking those two options, the bug is not observed, whether or not Use OpenGL for rendering and Force OpenGL, are both checked or not. The Use anti-aliasing option doesn't effect the results, so this bug appears to be caused by using hardware acceleration. My graphics card adapter type is Intel HD Graphics 2500 with 1760 MB total available graphics memory. It seems like LibreOffice 4.4.0 allocates more memory right from the start but then consumes the memory better as the files that crashed previously don't crash for me anymore (memory allocation is still at a very high 1.450.000K though). However LibreOffice 4.4. still behaves weird when running 1.350.000 K memory. For example it refuses to paste a 3000x3000 image from the clipboard in this case with a generic error message: https://office.mailbox.org/publications/documents/2570616/565179bac530799d26a9f75149610ec4 (The error message reads: The content of the clipboard could not be inserted) Then I waited a bit for LibreOffice to delete cached graphics and continued inserting some random screenshots from the clipboard and it crashed at about 1.540.000 K: https://office.mailbox.org/publications/documents/2570616/44c425d717c2045e623a6f4ea32cc143 (This screenshot was taken a few seconds later when LibreOffice was down to 1.340.000 K again so there was still some stuff that LibreOffice could have done to avoid that crash!) This all may sound ridiculous and very artificial however I experienced these out of memory crashes during my actual work on a huge price list just a week ago. (Also why does LibreOffice paste a 3000x3000 (1:1) image copied from Paint.net as a 62,51 cm wide + 59,61 cm high image (NOT 1:1)?) (I would love to test LibreOffice 4.4.X at work with the actual file I work on however 4.4.0 has just too many bugs right now to use it at work.) Maybe it's an option to create a library for the module when opening and saving the modules instead of skipping the library? (I guess that skipping will only work when module names in different libraries aren't the same.) When I solve one of the pages, I mark it down with a different color but because of the links have a different collor (the Field Shadings), wich shows above the collor of the celles I mark, the marking it's difficult to spot.
