After further testing it gets even worse.  

If I open CALC and go to FORMAT -> CELLS -> tab NUMBERS -> Category = CURRENCY
and open the drop-down list in Format to select another currency I do not see
the new selected currency, but it is also not changed and it closes the
drop-down list immediately if I try to use the ruler on the right to scroll the
drop-down list.

Hi Levan, thanks for reporting.

For save in txt type you can choose to "Sava as" "Text - Choose encoding (.txt)
/^.txt)", you need to select it every time you save the file

With LO 5.1.0.1 the font colour icon is lost in the sidebar after changing the
font colour in WRITER.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open WRITER
2. Go to the Sidebar -> section PROPERTIES -> subsection CHARACTER
3. See that the "A" icon for the font colour is visible
4. Change the font colour to any other colour
5. See that the "A" icon for the font colour is no longer visible
Actual Results:  
The font colour icon is no longer visible.  This happens only in WRITER.  In
IMPRESS, CALC and DRAW this seems to work as expected, because the icon is
visible also after changing the font colour.

Expected Results:  
The font colour icon should be visible.

When you create a .doxc file in windows and copy Georgian text from internet to
this file, it thinks that the Text is in Times New Roman and not in unicode
sylfaen most probably.

After saving this file and then re opening it the file gets corrupted, see the
attached file.

I tested it with LO 5.1.0.1, Win 8.1.

In step 6 my cursor is blinking in the top left of page 1 and if I press the
arrow down key the cursor goes to the second line of page 1.

m.a.riosv, thank you very much for your reply.  I am not yet sure if this is a
full duplicate.  Maybe this is linked to other issue.  But in my case for the
languages it was possible to select another language, but it was only not shown
in the field, only after reopening the dialog box.  But maybe my issue will be
solved with the other one and it could be tested again later with the next LO
release with the patch and we wait and will see, whether we have to reopen my
bug report.

Repro with 5.0.3 on Ubuntu, but not with 5.2 and not with 5.0.4 or 5.2 on

You were asked to attach an example document. Instead, you attached text files
with stuff like "The SVG file to check: all simple path".

I set the SVG to the bg with Format > Page > Area > Fill Bitmap. No crash.

The autofit problem is fixed, previous report is bug 95850

Please test with 5.0.4 to see, if it crashes.

If it still crashes, please tell us your operating system.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the crashing persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the crashing went away.

Reproducible with LO 5.1.0.1, Win 8.1

It takes about 4 to 5 seconds to open the file and it hangs again and again if
I try to scroll it up and down (no smooth scrolling, it is jumping).  When
zooming in and out it takes always some seconds and the CPU usage goes up to
30% to 45% (Intel Pentium).  When zooming the image/file content in the
Internet Explorer I experience no real delay.

But an important remark: If I select everything with CTRL + A then LO hangs up
(another bug) as for Beluga and it is not possible to test it.  Therefore, I
only selected the text with the mouse (without the image at the top).  Then it
was reproducible.

When copying and pasting, LibreOffice Writer adds extra spaces.

If I'm cross-referencing something within the document, and copy something, I
want to be able to type and past and get reasonable results. But if I copy, and
I type [, then Libreoffice inserts an extra space. I get [ copied text] instead
of [copied text].

I think this bug is the "fix" of #34614.

the picture BEFORE compressing (full sized image is a screenshot of my desktop)

When I insert a picture in Writer or Draw, I usually crop it since it's
possible with red marks on the borders.
I compress it after and I can see that the picture is not as it should be : the
framing (le cadrage en français, mas sûr de la traduction) is wider than  it
should be.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> section LANGUAGE SETTINGS -> subsection LANGUAGES
2. For the field "User Interface" select another language from the drop-down
list
Actual Results:  
The User Interface fields is still selected and shows not the new selected
language, but still the old language.  If you close the dialog box with OK then
the UI language will be changed (with a restart of LO).  If you open the
Options dialog box again then the new selected entry (language) will be shown.

This bug happens for all entries in the Option dialog box.

Expected Results:  
The User Interface field should show the new selected entry (language).

I honestly don't understand You want me to save in other file type ?? If yes
then If i save it in doc format then it does not corrupt the text

I also see no animation effect with LO 5.1.0.1 (Win 8.1), I tried it also with
different OpenGl, OpenCl and hardware acceleration combinations (TOOLS ->
OPTIONS -> section LIBREOFFICE -> subsections VIEW and OPENCL)

Tested it with LO 5.1 RC1 and here it works fine!
Since I've installed the language pack manually it maybe the PPA installed
language file fails.

I've tried to remove and install the language files again with Ubuntu software
center but did not solve the problem.

installing it via sudo dpkg -i /DEBS/*.deb does not work...

The Ubuntu behavior is introduced by the Dutch OpenTaal dictionary of 2.11. The

Looking at the source code repo, it seems it has been ported to Python 3:

The version in the extensions site is older.
LibreOffice now uses Python 3, so I wonder, if that is the reason for the
error?

I guess you could clone the repo, build the extension and try it.

The behavior in RC1 5.1 in Ubuntu is the same behavior in Windows which is OK,
but that does not solve the problem... since I've installed it manually in
Ubuntu I think the mistake in the packing (Linux)

I'm, afraid that the next automatically installed version in Ubuntu / Mint will
have the same error...

I have checked this with LO 5.1.0.1 (Win 8.1, with English UI) and I could find
the toolbar command "Paste Only Value" as mentioned by Maxim (TOOLS ->
CUSTOMISE -> tab TOOLBARS -> button ADD... -> Category = EDIT -> Commands =
PASTE ONLY VALUE).  But I can find only in the English UI and I confirm that it
is not there in the German UI which is really strange, because there should be
no difference (in German: EXTRAS -> ANPASSEN -> tab SYMBOLLEISTEN ->
button/Schaltfläche HINZUFÜGEN... -> section/Bereich = BEARBEITEN -> there are
only "Einfügemodus" ("Insert Mode"), "Einfügen" ("Paste"), "Inhalte einfügen"
("Paste content") and "Inhalte einfügen (nur Calc)" ("Paste content (Calc
only)").  
But in the English UI the Paste Only Value command has no predefined icon in
the list as you can find it in the Paste Special dialog box (right mouse click
-> PASTE SPECIAL... -> icon in the top left) and I would expect it should have
the same icon as in Paste Special?
Moreover, the Paste Special command has no predefined icon (TOOLS -> CUSTOMISE
-> tab TOOLBARS -> button ADD... -> Category = EDIT -> Commands = PASTE
SPECIAL).
Furthermore, I have in the Commands list in the Customise dialog box (TOOLS ->
CUSTOMISE -> tab TOOLBARS -> button ADD -> Category = EDIT) two "Paste Special"
entries, one with a description and one without. 
>From my point of view all these issues should be improved.

Furthermore, I have the following issue in the Tango, Oxygen and Galaxy icon
sets.  I think the differences between the "Values Only" and "Values and
Formats" icons should be more clearly.

In addition, I am not sure what is the difference between "Values Only" as in
the Paste Special dialog box (right mouse click -> PASTE SPECIAL... -> icon in
the top left) and "Number" as in the normal Paste Only context menu (right
mouse click -> PASTE ONLY -> NUMBER).  Is there a difference?  If not, it
should be harmonised to one notation.

Hi, when using LO v 5.0.4.2 Writer with German locale and having a window
resized such that the (in my case "Changes"-)toolbar does not fit entirely in
the window, clicking on the >> to show the "hidden" entries yields descriptors
in English.

Set severity to minor as nothing crashes or gets lost.

Checked the issue with the "Draw" toolbar (Zeichnungen) in Writer: behaves
normal.

I have just re-confirmed the bug with identical behaviour in version/build
5.0.4.2 Arch Linux build-2. And it is inherited from OOo, I have reported it

An LO file demonstrating my outlines

I've noticed that LO and LaTeX get different results when outline levels are
mixed. I often use outline numbering in ways that mix and match levels without
necessarily going in hierarchical order. Let's say I have three heading styles
(Heading 1, Heading 2, and Heading 3). If I put them in order, in LO I get
(properly):

1. Heading 1
1.1 Heading 2
1.1.1 Heading 3

This corresponds to LaTeX's Section, Subsection, and Subsubsection
environments, which appear as follows (again properly):

1. Section
1.1 Subsection
1.1.1 Subsubsection

But, if I switch the second and third headings, LO and LaTeX provide different
results. In LO, I get

1. Heading 1
1.1.1 Heading 3
1.2 Heading 2

but, with LaTeX, I get,

1. Section
1.0.1 Subsubsection
1.1 Subsection

I think LaTeX's treatment is mathematically more correct. Until I actually use
the second heading, it's value should remain "0", which is reflected in LaTeX's
second example. But, LO gives it a value of "1" even though I've not yet used
it. Thus, in LO, my first use of the second Heading is given a value of "2" as
in "1.2" whereas in LaTeX, my first use of the second heading is given a value
of 1 as in "1.1".

This is important as I often mix heading levels with regular text levels in my
outlines. In my outline, levels 1 to 5 are heading styles while levels 6
through 10 are regular text, so I can try to create an outline like the
following:

1. Heading 1 (Outline Level 1)

A. Outline-1 (Outline Level 6)

B. Outline-1 (Outline Level 6)

   i. Outline-2 (Outline Level 7)

   ii. Outline-2 (Outline Level 7)

1.1 Heading 2 (Outline Level 2)

But, when I do this, LO makes the Heading 2 1.2 instead of 1.1.

I think this is a bug, but if not, then I am asking that this behavior be
changed to match that of LaTeX as a feature request.
