https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=72424 --- Comment #30 from MarjaE--- I have multiple tables in my document, rather than one long table. If I copy one of the affected tables to a test file, it displays properly, but in the main file, the second page has only a couple rows before splitting to the third, the third page ha only a couple rows before splitting to the fourth, etc. Typing enter and delete before one of the breaks *temprarily* removes the break, but it re-opens with the same break. I just checked with a USB mouse and the same issue appears to be identical with LibreOffice 5.3.6, 5.3.4 and 5.4.2 in macOS 10.13. Scrolling up on a blank sheet is fine (one detent at a time), but I have to spin the wheel faster through a few detents to go down at all. Needless to say, it's fine in 5.3.6 for Fedora 26 and earlier versions too on Ubuntu 16.04. I've gone back to 5.3.3.2 now as per Jim's comment 7 & 8 which works fine. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113036 Bug ID: 113036 Summary: "hypen" is changed to a "soft hypen" in a pdf export Product: LibreOffice Version: 5.1.6.2 release Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: robert_geis...@gmx.de Description: Hello, I found a very interesting fact about the Mint 17.3 Cinnemon System combined with the Libre Office Writer 5.1.6.2. Following, I have an example to explain what I mean: - Inserting from "A-B“ into a LO-Writer Document - Formatting from "A-B“ with the font "Courier 10 Pitch“ - Creating a PDF with "Data ==> Export as PDF" - Opening the created PDF document and copying from "A-B" with STRG+C into the cache - Entering the cache "A-B" into the unicode analyser http://www.fontspace.com/unicode/analyzer/ According to this I have two questions: 1. When entering the cache into the input box of the unicode analyser, the - between A and B disappears. Why is that? The - disappears only if the format of the font of the libre office writer origin document was changed. In my case I changed the format to the font "Courier 10 Pitch“ (see above). 2. When clicking on „GO“ after entering the cache (in the unicode analyser), you can see that there is something else between A and B, but not a "-", instead a SOFT HYPEN. Can you tell me where this SOFT HYPEN is coming from? Is it a libre office writer bug? Steps to Reproduce: 1. Inserting from "A-B“ into a LO-Writer Document 2. Formatting from "A-B“ with the font "Courier 10 Pitch“ 3. Creating a PDF with "Data ==> Export as PDF" 4. Opening the created PDF document and copying from "A-B" with STRG+C into the cache 5. Entering the cache "A-B" into the unicode analyser http://www.fontspace.com/unicode/analyzer/ 6. The "-" between A and B disappears Actual Results: see above Expected Results: see above Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

The circumstances of the crash were: I deleted rows 1291 and 1292. I then attempted to edit cell H1279 to remove the references to cells H1291 and H1292 which by then had become #REF!s. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=112443 --- Comment #8 from Patrick Jaap--- hi, me again. I was completely on the wrong way. Both LO and MSO try to render the same footer (footer3.xml). The misplaced textboxes are anchored in the footer, but they have a relative vertical distance of about one entire page. Thus, their absolute position would be far below the page border. LO now cuts the distance in sw/objectpositioning to make the boxes fit on the page (therefore they are located a the very bottom). [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 113033] New: No error message when trying to save a locked document from a SMB external storage in Nextcloud with Collabora Online

User A opens the document test.odt directly on the windows server or from a network drive or from a UNC path, with LibreOffice. a `.~lock.test.odt#` file is created in the same folder. 2. User B opens the same document with Collabora Online from a SMB external storage in Nextcloud, whatever the type of authentication used 3. User B modifies the document and save it (the document is still open by user A with LibreOffice) ### Expected behaviour User B should receive a error message because the document is locked on the server and B can't save it ### Actual behaviour B can save the document and exit Collabora Online without any warning, but all the modifications made by B will be lost. The admin_audit app logs "File updated" and then "File written", which is false. Not sure if it's a Collabora Online or Nextcloud bug, but as Nextcloud manages the storage, I think that Nextcloud should do the job. ### Steps to reproduce SMB external storage needed 1. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113025 Markus Mohrhardchanged: What|Removed |Added Keywords|easyHack, skillCpp, | |topicCleanup| --- Comment #2 from Markus Mohrhard --- Actually this is not fixable at all as the updater does not (and more importantly must not) depend on any LibreOffice code that is not inside of the updater executable. This includes the support for translations and %PRODUCTNAME. Actually handling %PRODUCTNAME is not even necessary as the updater will be a TDF-only feature. I have not yet an idea how to solve the general translation problem. The duplication is currently necessary as the code is heavily split between Windows and Linux and the whole updater UI does not (and currently can not) share any code.
