Consider this sheet: A1: foo A2: bar A3: ... ... A181: =A1 Searching for "foo" will only find A1, but not A181. Excel has had this option since I can remember (MS Office 2003): "Look in formulas/values/comments". In Calc, it appears impossible to look in anything but formulas. [1]: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=calc%20look%20in%20values_id=870950 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a sheet where A1 contains "foo" and A2 is "=A1". 2. Add a comment to A2, "foo". 2. Search for "foo". Actual Results: Only A1 is found. Expected Results: A1 and A2 should be found, if the user wishes to search in values or comments, as opposed to searching only in formulas. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42985 --- Comment #10 from QA Administrators --- ** Please read this message in its entirety before responding ** To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 77125] Please make the shape of rounded rectangle callout customizable
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77125 --- Comment #6 from Regina Henschel --- Created attachment 147077 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=147077=edit Document with description and callout with circle corners The attached document provides a callout with quarter circles in the corners, which do not change to ellipse when you resize the shape. It behaves similar to the callout of PowerPoint. The shape uses the commands "logwidth" and "logheight". MS Office does not understand these commands, so the shape will not be shown by MS Office. If you are forced to use OOXML (docx or pptx), then you need to use the callout from the drawing toolbar. For all others my shape might be an improvement. This shape does not solve the entire request, because the circles are not sizeable and the callout pointer cannot be changed in its basis. But this shape is already very complex. You should think about using a rounded rectangle as callout and add the callout pointer manually by e.g. using a filled path. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102014 --- Comment #6 from Mike Kaganski --- If the help system tells that for "Default - *" choice, the settings for different options are taken "from system", then the documentation is wrong. In no case does LibreOffice take e.g. decimal separator from system; the only thing it takes from there when you choose "Default - *" is the locale itself (so for Windows, it would automatically take active MUI language, or localized version's language). [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 40534] slide tearing or not shown in LARGE screens (high resolution) with hardware acceleration enabled
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40534 --- Comment #76 from cr...@arno.com --- Verified bug still exists in LO 6.1.3.2 (x64) Machine: Windows 10 professional Surface Book 3000x2000 (4K) display 150%, i7-6600U, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD External (presentation) monitor connected through display port running in 2160p mode 43" (4K)59Hz 100% scaling (4096 x 2160) Transitioning from "use hardware acceleration" to not, impress "blew up" 2-3 times transitioning from slide 3->4, does not produce a crash file, does "recover" when restarted. Attempts to reproduce "crash" failed after the first 2-3 attempts. This was from a "cold" LO start, one run with HW acceleration, then disable HW acceleration and run presentation again. Point being, don't rely on Impress working with HW Acceleration disabled at 4K resolutions. It may crash a few times. With HW acceleration enabled screen paint is very slow followed by a blanking/tearing of the presentation screen immediately after screen paint completes. After "crashing" behavior stopped (3-4 tries), I was able to make it through the entire presentation, with excruciatingly slow screen paint speeds. Positive comment: Once the screen is rendered, the image is beautiful. I have one animated slide in this presentation which works properly even without acceleration. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 121700] Can’t choose paragraph or character language from task bar
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=121700 --- Comment #9 from Cathy Crumbley --- Oh, I see. Thank you for making this report more complete. It appears that this feature in Calc has not worked properly for a while, if it ever did. That makes me wonder if it is the best use of that space. I am working on Calc documentation and need to figure out what to say about this feature. As long as there is a tooltip saying that both paragraph and character languages can be set there, then this seems like a bug. If the tooltip doesn't mention paragraph and character languages, then there would be no obvious bug. It seems like an easy fix. What would you suggest I do to help that happen? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

The default installation directory for Kleopatra (GPG4Win) is: C:\Program Files (x86)\GPG4win\bin\Kleopatra.exe So the patch won't work... The 'bin' subdirectory search PATH is missing. This PATH is in the patch instead: C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\bin\Kleopatra.exe I re-installed GPG4win with this path and everything is working fine.
