[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 124414] Image doesn't print (to PDF)
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124414 Fred Lemire changed: What|Removed |Added CC||fredofromst...@gmail.com --- Comment #2 from Fred Lemire --- Created attachment 150436 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=150436=edit I isolated the page with the image that doesn't print. I would like to attach the PDF with the missing image too, but apparently, I can attach only ONE document here. Anyway, the bug doesn't occur when I print only one page per sheet, but it comes back when I print TWO pages per sheet of paper. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124461 Bug ID: 124461 Summary: Creating workbook to workbook links no longer simple. Product: LibreOffice Version: 6.1.5.2 release Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Calc Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: b...@telpro.co.za Description: Traditionally in Libra office if one wanted to link A1 in worksheet Bob to B1 in works sheet Sam, and you had both worksheets open, you would simply place an equals sign in A1 in Bob and pick on B1 in Sam. This functionality seems to have disappeared. You can use the Hyperlink dialogue, however this is extremely cumbersome if you have a range of cells you would like to link. Actual Results: = Expected Results: cell value from external file Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: >From Libra Office Help Choose File - Open, to load an existing spreadsheet document. Choose File - New, to open a new spreadsheet document. Set the cursor in the cell where you want to insert the external data and enter an equals sign to indicate that you want to begin a formula. Now switch to the document you have just loaded. Click the cell with the data that you want to insert in the new document. Switch back to the new spreadsheet. In the input line you will now see how LibreOffice Calc has added the reference to the formula for you. The reference to a cell of another document contains the name of the other document in single inverted commas, then a hash #, then the name of the sheet of the other document, followed by a point and the name of the cell. Confirm the formula by clicking the green check mark. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 124460] New: Daylight savings time causes LibreOffice Calc (Possibly also Write, Impress)
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124460 Bug ID: 124460 Summary: Daylight savings time causes LibreOffice Calc (Possibly also Write, Impress) Product: LibreOffice Version: 5.3.0.3 release Hardware: x86 (IA32) OS: Windows (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: medium Component: Calc Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: whizz...@gmail.com Description: With an open document overnight, if a daylight savings time changeover has happened while the document was open, trying to re-save the program gives a warning that another application might have changed the document even if that isn't the case. Marking as minor instead of trivial as this touches upon file saving correctness so a fix should be vetted. (possibly leaving as-is might be safer overall) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any document, possibly save also 2. Set the system clock to just before a daylight savings time changeover 3. Wait for the DST changeover 4. Save normally Actual Results: The program warns that the file might have been changed by another program. Expected Results: The program should save without an issue. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: The program probably uses a stat function or similar that uses local time to see when the file was saved, whereas it probably should have used a unix timestamp or similar to determine this. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 81640] Very slow and lagging if open file stored on network
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81640 --- Comment #16 from Alan Howlett --- So... I did a test with a file on the network called "Directions.doc". I saved it to .docx and .odt, then saved the .odt to Directions2.doc to see if the problem was the file format. I opened the file by clicking on it in Dolphin: Directions.doc - 2 seconds. Directions.docx - 32 seconds Directions.odt - 32 seconds Directions2.doc - 2 seconds All these files open "instantly" on the desktop, but on the network there is clearly a problem, which suggests something like excessive I/O's which choke the network. I have been experiencing this for a least 2 years I think, but have only just seen that it is associated with the file suffix. I have reproduced this problem a few times in doing this note and it seems consistent, so it's not an issue with the network or disks going to sleep. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 124453] New: enhancement: mark cells after indirect changes by the program when editing a sheet
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124453 Bug ID: 124453 Summary: enhancement: mark cells after indirect changes by the program when editing a sheet Product: LibreOffice Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: medium Component: Calc Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: newbie...@gmx.de Description: srry i.a. if similar already exists. main idea: when calc adapts formulas in other cells than touched by the user - 'indirect changes' - those changes should be made visible to the user with a 'mark' on the changed cells, giving him a chance to check the changes and correct unwanted results in time. the marks can be removed after an 'accept changes' action of the user. long: when e.g. moving cells calc adapts the formulas in other cells which reference towards these cells. a.) when a referenced range is moved in total the formula is changed to point to the new position, b.) when a part of a referenced range is moved the formula is kept 'as is', thus loosing part of it's arguments, right? becoming complex latest when a.) and b.) are mixed in one move. (include nested formulas and similar, and you easily reach the border of my skills) for an SMU - 'simple minded user' - it's difficult to understand and follow these changes, just think of complex sheets you didn't create yourself. above enhancement could clear this situation. suggestion: coloured triangle in upper left corner of the cell, light green: unchanged, light yellow: changes in referenced ranges, formula kept, light red: formula adapted reg. changes in referenced ranges. Steps to Reproduce: A1:'2', B1:'3', A2:'4', B2:'5', C1:'=SUM(A1:B2)', C2:'=SUM(A2:B3)', move A2:B3 to A4:B5, observe formula in C1 unchanged, formula in C2 changed to point to the new position of the moved content, (despite taking long time to show the result - ver.2019-03-30_02:16:13 - the formula is changed at once) Actual Results: two similar formulas are handeled differently Expected Results: these changes should be 'noticeable' to the user, Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) Build ID: b4698a2241ec26d796c66da3a814f7cc693785b6 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default; VCL: win; TinderBox: Win-x86_64@42, Branch:master, Time: 2019-03-30_02:16:13 Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Language: en-US Calc: -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
