[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 126311] SPELL: af_ZA.aff quietly broken
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126311 --- Comment #2 from elmar.br...@sh-p.de --- The relevant section of the documentation reads: "Condition is a simplified, regular expression-like pattern, which must be met before the affix can be applied. (Dot signs an arbitrary character. Characters in braces sign an arbitrary character from the character subset. Dash hasn't got special meaning, but circumflex (^) next the first brace sets the complementer character set.)" So, no mention of a leading circumflex in an expressly "simplified" pattern. Nor is there mention of the following regex-like patterns that are currently used in SFX statements in af_ZA.aff: ".{1,3}"; ".+"; "(d|t)" Furthermore I've grepped my way through all .aff files currently in the repository, and found no other that uses any of these for SFX/PFX conditions. Not sure if this helps, or catches this instance, but for libstdc++ there appears to be a define "_GLIBCXX_DEBUG", which enables some kind of iterator debugging. The file picker is provided by the os/DE, the import filters are provided by LibreOffice. Of course if you want the file to appear when not first selecting it--change its file type extension from ".h-c" to simply ".txt". On selection of the file, applying the 'Text - Choose Encoding (.txt)' filter, and making the selection from the 'ASCII Filter Options' dialog, the text of the document is brought into LibreOffice and assigned a style of "Preformatted Text" on the "Default" page styles. No selection of text/paragraph is necessary. Rather, you should modify both styles (Paragraph, Page) to apply them to the imported text. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 126509] New: Possible Regression: Difficulty to Scroll Up Using Two Fingers on Mouse Pad
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126509 Bug ID: 126509 Summary: Possible Regression: Difficulty to Scroll Up Using Two Fingers on Mouse Pad Product: LibreOffice Version: 6.2.5.2 release Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: UI Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: mails.bugs.documentfoundation@gunter.ohrner.net Description: Using KDE5 VCL, it's very difficult to scroll up using two-finger mouse pad scroll since several releases. Scrolling downwards works, even though much faster than in other applications, while scrolling upwards shows very erratic scroll behaviour and is barely usable only, if at all. This sounds like a similar problem as the following issue (or possibly a regression): https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97288 The first release where this happened was *not* 6.2.5.2, but earlier, but I don't really know which release. In any case it does happen with 6.2.5.2. It affects at least Writer and Calc, I did not test Draw and Impress so far. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start LibreOffice under KDE5 (or with KDE 5 VCL) 2. Open a Writer document with more than one page or any Calc sheet 3. Scroll down a bit using touchpad, mouse or keyboard 4. Try to scroll upwards again using two-finger scroll on the mouse pad. Actual Results: Erratic, "jumpy" scrolling behaviour at step 4. Depending on the scrolling / finger speed on the mouse pad, LibreOffice will actually scroll even further down on in the document instead of up. Expected Results: Smooth upwards scrolling as in every other application, and comparable to downwards scrolling behaviour in every application including LibreOffice. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: Version: 6.2.5.2 Build-ID: 1:6.2.5-0ubuntu0.18.04.1~lo1 CPU-Threads: 8; BS: Linux 4.18; UI-Render: GL; VCL: kde5; Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI-Sprache: de-DE Calc: threaded -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
