Does it work in other Qt/KDE applications, like Kate or Okular?

Sounds like it was the same as tdf#64438.

(In reply to David from comment #3)
> But I don't see how that would explain why version 6.1.6 and prior would
> work by dragging on the same system.

If you want to help figure that out, you can try to bibisect what change
introduced the changed behaviour, s.
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bibisect/Linux for more information.

The reason *might* be that another VCL plugin is used now than before; do you
know which one was used for your 6.1.6 case?

Looks fine here on current Debian testing, s. attached screenshot.

The menu is a native Qt menu, so I assume that this is probably a problem in
either Qt or KF5 and you have a different version.

What are your kf5 and Qt versions? (I have KF5 libs at version 5.70.0 and Qt

Good morning!

>From one side the sentence in properties window "Cross other axis at" clearly
states that all axis will be crossed at certain point, which is not happening
now. From other side, if we are considering Libreoffice as a desirable product
with competitive set of properties, more control over design of charts should
be always welcome to have at least the same possibilities as Gnumeric have.

Dear ackepenek,

To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today,
LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed
bugs which have not been touched for over a year.

There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this
bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the
details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in
getting confirmation that the bug is still present.

If you have time, please do the following:

Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/

If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information
from Help - About LibreOffice.

If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to
RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help
- About LibreOffice.

Please DO NOT

Update the version field
Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker)
Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular
meaning that is not
appropriate in this case)

If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a
REGRESSION. To do so:
1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your
bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from
https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat:
https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/irc.freenode.net/#libreoffice-qa

Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone!

Warm Regards,
QA Team

Dear icerabbit,

4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 119745] Scrolling with a laptop touchpad in Libreoffice way too fast

2020-07-13 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=119745

I also have access to a XPS 15 Model Precision 5520 running Win 10, so I loaded
Libre Office V6.3.6.2 (X64) on it and it does NOT have the scrolling issue.
This PC also uses the precision touchpad driver as the XPS 17 that I tested
above. So it appears that the Precision touchpad driver on its own is not the
root cause of the problem, there is something about the actual touch pad
hardware also.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 134135] UI:EDITING: Combining objects is not done correctly

All these operations work on path-objects (= polygons and Bézier curves). Other
objects are converted to path-objects before the operations are applied.

When converting an image to a path-object, you get a rectangular path, where
the image is a background fill.

These operations build one object from the set of selected objects. The
background for the resulting object is taken from that object, which has the
lowest z-order. That is, which would be behind all other objects, if the
objects would have the same position.

LibreOffice is not and will not be a picture processor.

For to join two images you might use this workaround: Align the images so that
they touch each other. Select them together and export the selection (Checkbox
'Selection'!) to a new picture, e.g. as png-file.

Good evening, sorry for taking too long to answer back.

I discovered this bug when I was editing an existing document, but the bug
happens for created documents as well.

Here's what I did:

*Combining

1. Selected two pictures to combine
2. Right clicked on the selected pictures and clicked on Shapes > Combine
3. The result is a single object with one of the pictures stretched across the
joined object

*Connecting

1. Selected two pictures to connect
2. Right clicked on the selected pictures and clicked on Shapes > Connect
3. The result is an object with one of the pictures looking as if it was
twisted or something like that.
