[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 39910] Text-Wrapping Doesn't Wrap Long HyperLinks Resulting in Cutoff Text
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39910 --- Comment #23 from QA Administrators --- Dear Anonymous Helper, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 144138] No IFERROR in latest version of calc installed with korean language.

It seems Korean just uses the English names. However, the Korean translator(s) didn't choose to leave the string untranslated, and decided to copy the original English strings to translated Korean strings, and made a mistake for IFERROR -- The Korean translation is ISERROR, IS instead of IF: https://translations.documentfoundation.org/translate/libo_ui-master/formulamessages/ko/?checksum=be6e9e14c0a6a28d I don't have the Weblate permission to change the Korean translation though. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143859 --- Comment #3 from Brant Maltby --- Update of 7.2.1.1: LINUX WORKS: Same computer, dual booted into Zorin 16 Linux. Updated 7.1.6.1 to 7.2.1.1. This was not straight forward as the standard purge did not eliminate a 7.1.5 Zorin update to Libre Office core. Using Synaptic I eliminated the remainder of the Zorin Libre office core update. I then updated to 7.2.1.1. The file opened and I was able to access the 880,000 row table, confirm the total rows, confirm the amount check total, perform a simple query and save changes. BACK TO WINDOWS 10: I rebooted into windows and attempted to have 7.2.1.1 open the file I had just accessed in Linux -- it crashed. After the problems in Linux updating to 7.2.1.1 I decided to do a fresh install. I uninstalled 7.2.1.1 and cleaned the registry, rebooted, and did a clean install -- when I attempted to access the file, 7.2.1.1 crashed. It appears there is something about Windows 10, my configuration and/or Firebird for Windows that may be causing the crash. I note that I have copied over my Windows Libre Office configuration file to Linux and while there may be some differences the files are substantially the same. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

I don't know if this an extension or part of the normal distribution. Sigh. About 10-years ago I tried to do something with DMath and some other math extensions. Could this be the issue? I have done the following: [1] Help->Restart in Safe Mode a. Initially, I was able to load .odt, .ods, and .odg files. b. Tools->Options->Advances and the system crashed. Unable to restart. [2] Downloaded and reinstalled 7.2.04 a. I was able to load .odt, .ods, and .odg files. b. "Recent Files" correctly showed the loaded files. c. I was able to scan (arrow down key) all options in Tools->Options. It appears to work but, there is a "Help->Restart in Safe Mode" but not "Help->Restart in Unsafe Mode". How do I return to normal mode to see if the issues has resolved? If the problem reoccurs in "Unsafe" mode, how can I isolate the issue further; to a Python extension or other.
