The main problem is that LO becomes unresponsive ("spinning pinwheel of death")
and has to be forced to quit. The fake dates and times appear in the manage
changes window for imported .docx files, but generally do not for .odt files
exported from the .docx files. This behavior occurs with the files that were
uploaded previously ("Original DOX file …" and "DOCX changes not marked as
tracked" [.docx saved to .odt]). The trigger is to use the manage tracked
changes window accessed via the Edit menu.

Click on "Form-Based Filters". 11. "Filter navigator" appears. The "Filter navigator" seems to be deactivated every second time. You have to press "Filter Navigation" to get the filter. This buggy behavior appears since LO 7.0.0.3 on OpenSUSE 15.3 64bit rpm Linux. Works well in LO 6.4.7.2 on the same system. @Hans Zeki: Please report another bug for the "Filter navigator", which is minimized in Windows since LO 7.3.2.2. I couldn't reproduce it here.
