[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 153082] New: FILEOPEN DOCX List separator not considered with TOC using custom styles
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153082 Bug ID: 153082 Summary: FILEOPEN DOCX List separator not considered with TOC using custom styles Product: LibreOffice Version: Inherited From OOo Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: kelem...@ubuntu.com Blocks: 104524 Created attachment 184730 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=184730=edit TOC with custom styles, using comma as list separator Attached example documents were made in Word with different list separator settings set in Windows control panel - Locale - More settings. The TOC in these files use custom styles: Intense Quote, Custom1 and _MyStyle0. Writer uses the list separator to separate these and their level settings. When the first file using comma as list separator is opened in Writer, the TOC is imported and saved correctly: Update Index does not change the index significantly. When the second file using semicolon as list separator is opened in Writer, that is not considered and the 3 styles are listed as one in the TOC Additionaly styles settings. Consequently the Update Index command empties the index. 1, Open first example file 2, Right click the TOC, Edit Index 3, Press Assign styles button, observe that the _MyStyle0 has the heading level 1, Custom1 has the heading level 2, Intensives Zitat (file was made in a German UI Word - should be Intense Quote, this is a separate issue) has the heading level 3. 4, Open the second example file 5, Right click the TOC, Edit Index 6, Observe there is an entry in the Styles list "Intensives Zitat;3;Custom1;3;_MyStyle0;3" The latter to work, Writer should look into the word/settings.xml and extract the and use this as list separator to interpret the TOC. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 152587] macOS - Skia graphics test results on aarch 64 (M1) Apple Silicon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=152587 --- Comment #7 from Tomaz Vajngerl --- Quirky test is same as a passing one - it means the test is drawn mostly correct but not completely as expected and the issue is small and most likely because of the drawing algorithm difference in the backend. For example sometimes drawing a rectangle in some backends the first pixel isn't drawn for some reason - not expected but not something that anybody will notice and also not something we can fix either. Currently not all backends have been fixed to give passing results, so the tests aren't as useful as they could be. Running them on first start is to detect any issues with the backend to potentially switch to another backend as a fallback. For example if skia vulkan has issues, switch to skia raster, but this is also not yet implemented. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153077 Bug ID: 153077 Summary: A ComboBox ionseredf into a spreadsheet raising an onLosingFocus event doiesn't pass the .Sourtce correctly. Product: LibreOffice Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Calc Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: j...@psilosoph.de Created attachment 184721 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=184721=edit Minimal demo of the bug A comboBox is inserted into one of more spreadsheets of one document. There are assigned event handlers for "When receiving focus" and for "When losing focus". Both are given as Basic Subs here. Both handlers are called as expected, but only the receive-handler gets always correctly passed the event with .Source including the .Source.Model. The lose-handfler only gets a correct event under some condition, in specific if the focus is passed to a cell of the sheet to which the control is anchored. If the control loses the focus due to the user selecting a different sheet, the event is defective. The .Source claims to be an OComboBoxControl object, but its .Model is Null. See attached demo. The respective bug does not occur for all the FormControl types. A simple button e.g. is not afflicted. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 152770] Insert - Envelope in a new document: warnings in console with debug LO
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=152770 --- Comment #6 from Caolán McNamara --- There are indeed no Resolution (or DefaultResolution) entries in that ppd file. Unlike e.g. vcl/unx/generic/printer/configuration/ppds/SGENPRT.PS The spec http://www.lprng.com/RESOURCES/PPD/5003.PPD_Spec_v4.1.pdf is basically silent on no Resolution entries one way or the other. This ppd has a comment of: * PPD file for Generic Text-Only Printer with CUPS. * Created by the CUPS PPD Compiler CUPS v2.3.1. *% (c) 2014 OpenPrinting in it and this appears to be originally named textonly.ppd. On the face of things this seems to be a ppd for an unusual edge case where a warning is justified seeing as LibreOffice is going to hope for the best and assume it can do 300x300 if forced to attempt to print to it. Though I'm interested in if you really have a (ancient?) line printer installed that can only print text, or have some virtual one installed for some deliberate reason. @stragu was the "Repro in:" for just the "invalid event combination" warning (which I think is now fixed in trunk), or do you also have a "no Resolution in ..." warning? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 153076] New: Allow to set Basic Editor background color independently from Document color
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153076 Bug ID: 153076 Summary: Allow to set Basic Editor background color independently from Document color Product: LibreOffice Version: Inherited From OOo Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: medium Component: BASIC Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: rafael.palma.l...@gmail.com This ticket is a spinoff from bug 141566. As noted by Guilherm in the original ticket: "Also noting that Rafael's concern about changing the Basic IDE's background colour independently from the document background in other applications hasn't been resolved." Hence I am opening this new ticket to track the discussion and eventual implementation of an independent color selector in the Application Colors dialog so that the Basic editor can use a color different than the one used for documents. This is important because the user may want to use white as document background in Writer / Calc but use a darker color as the background of the Basic editor. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

Or do you mean you want to avoid re-encoding the images as object streams, even when not recompressing? > This probably wouldn't work for fonts as PDF subsets the fonts, and normally > the fonts also aren't included into ODF.
