[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 97956] Don't fragment A:A conditional formatting when rows/columns are moved
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97956 --- Comment #13 from QA Administrators --- Dear 7qia0tp02, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://web.libera.chat/?settings=#libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone! [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 154235] New: Underline blends with bold text in Liberation
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154235 Bug ID: 154235 Summary: Underline blends with bold text in Liberation Product: LibreOffice Version: 7.5.0.0 alpha1+ Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: LibreOffice Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: libreoff...@tasossah.com Description: Text in Liberation (either Sans or Serif) that is simultaneously bold and underlined results in the underline blending in with the actual text. At least in Writer, at certain zoom levels the underline is spaced and doesn't blend. At all other zoom levels, and in exported PDFs, the text blends in with the underline. The issue is more apparent with Liberation Serif. This does not occur with version 7.4.6.2. Version 7.5.0.0 alpha0+ was not tested, as there is no readily available build for it. All versions after that exhibit this behaviour. The component "LibreOffice" was picked, as this issue happens in at least Writer, Impress and Calc. Unsure if there is a better suited component for this. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Write "Hello, World!". 2. Ensure the font is Liberation Serif. 3. Make the previously written text Bold. 4. Underline the previously written text. 5. Zoom in/out, or export as PDF. Actual Results: The underline blends with the text, making it look ugly and compromising its readability. Expected Results: The underline should be spaced accordingly, or possibly not be bold. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 7.5.1.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 50(Build:2) CPU threads: 32; OS: Linux 6.2; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: gtk3 Locale: el-GR (el_GR.UTF-8); UI: en-GB Ubuntu package version: 4:7.5.1~rc2-0ubuntu0.20.04.1~lo1 Calc: threaded -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 76022] DOC/DOCX import: textframe layout is wrong (also wrong in old versions of MSO, but "correct" in MSO2013)
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=76022 --- Comment #19 from Justin L --- Created attachment 186008 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=186008=edit tableWrapping.odt: fundamental difference between LO and MS Word in table wrapping. (In reply to Miklos Vajna from comment #18) After re-examining, only one the shorter table is anchored (inside a textbox). The longer one is just a normal inline table with no wrapping. The problem appears to be that LO doesn't consider tables when dealing with image wrapping. This minimal example (tableWrapping.odt) shows that natively LO doesn't consider tables need to be impacted by floating stuff. When saved as DOCX, MS Word doesn't "fit" the table "beside(under)" the image. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

I just tested and I think it's pretty closed to be resolved, the HTML source is a lot more readable now. I am attaching an example file that I used, to list a couple of extra tags that could be improved, if you feel like submitting follow-ups: - Comments of the type are either kept inline or breaking across multiple lines in a weird way - Table markup could be broken down better, as it overflows heavily. But this might also have to do with the filter creating unnecessary complicated table markup, I'm not sure. - Note also the closing tag directly followed by without breaking.
