Description:
The time to reach the Start Center has doubled since LO 5.2.1.2 on my Macbook
Air 11" Early 2014 with MacOs Sierra GM (on cold start)
LibreOffice 5.2.0.1: 9 seconds
LibreOffice 5.2.0.4: 9 seconds
LibreOffice 5.2.1.1: 9 seconds
Libreoffice 5.2.1.2: 25 seconds
Libreoffice 5.2.2.1: 26 seconds
Libreoffice 5.2.2.2: 24 seconds
Libreoffice 5.2.3.1: 26 seconds
Measurement method: stopwatch
Note: MacOS Sierra seems use a prefetch technology. After the first run, the
next start will be quicker. To reset the prefetch function I open a different
version of LibreOffice.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. If LibreOffice 5.2.1.1. didn't run last: start LibreOffice. Check the
startup time
2. Close LibreOffice 5.2.1.1
3. Start LibreOffice 5.2.1.2 Check the startup time
4 Compare
Actual Results:
Time to StartCenter: 25 seconds
Expected Results:
Time to StartCenter: 10 seconds
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: YES
