When copy and use paste special (text, comment, format) then the comment is not
empty. But without the past special there some rare results.

Soyy but I can't attach the file: It contains personal information of customers
on mine!

Yes, I try it only in one file: a 233kb file with a lot of comments. Normally I
select a little range of cells in the same colon and put a comment in the first
cell up. From when I upgrade the version I realized that when I move a set of
cells (normally 3 or 4 cells: I use it as "a map" of the use of some rooms)
with cut the comment of the new cells is present but is empty. Before I
realized it I've lost some important comments

Tried to reproduce the bug. The comment was present in the cell every time.
