I agree with Cor. I think it is not a good idea to spend developer time for
such a function when there is already better.

I think not using the key board is a waste of time. Scrolling - with or without
scrolling-slowing-down-near-end-of-range - is always slower. But..

I meant scrolling with the mouse, e. g. when you copy contents of one cell down
to the end of the data rows.

I know there are some nice keyboard shortcuts for this, but for scrolling with
the mouse the excel feature is really nice.
