EMF+ EmfPlusRecordTypeSetClipRect and EmfPlusRecordTypeSetClipPath records
needs to be updated after move to new engine.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag test_libuemf_p.emf file into Writer document

Intersect star is not show correctly

Intersect star is shows correctly
