Two More data points. Both WordPerfect Office X7 and WPS Office default to wrap
text in the shape. So in order to be internally consistent and follow the
industry standard, this default makes perfect sense. 


Put a needs needsDevAdvice since this sounds like it should be added as an
easyHack.

We are inconsistent here. 

In Google Docs, Writer, and MS Word
Insert Shape -> Add Text 
creates a textbox that defaults to wrap.


In Google Presentation and PowerPoint, they both set default to wrap text(no
need to "Add Text"). The Google and PowerPoint defaults make more sense to me
than we use in Impress. It would also make LO more consistent.
