Is this issue going to get looked at in any timeframe without "professional"
support? We don't need the problem solved immediately as it is a relatively
minor productivity issue for us. I just don't want this falling through the
cracks again like it did the last time this issue popped up

Well the source files we typically use are png screenshots. So any such files
should work. We've hit this bug on both OSX and Linux so far.

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
