I think, this bug should focus on the second problem you was able to confirm.

Oleg, if the other problem is stilll reproducible for you (you made different
statements about it in comment 6 and comment 9), you should open a new bug
report. Otherwise there will be some confusion, I'm afraid.

but I will not investigate this issue until build error I'm facing get
