            Bug ID: 117860
Summary: FORMATTING rotated images by manipulating the resize
                    handles is inconsistent and unpredictable
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.1.0.0.beta1+
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: ekber...@hotmail.com

Description:
Issues with transforming an image's horizontal/vertical size and aspect ratios
if they are rotated by LibreOffice. Only Writer appears affected.
Using the resize handles on the image's edges will modify the size and aspect
ratio in an unpredictable and inconsistent way.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rotate an image e.g. 45 degrees and attempt to change the size by
manipulating the edge points.
2. For example shrink the image horizontally by 50% twice consecutively.
3. Then extend it to 100% again.

Actual Results:
(1) The aspect ratio doesn't change accordingly and it's difficult to predict
how it will change.
(2) The vertical size was shrunk even though I didn't change it.

Expected Results:
The aspect ratio and size of the image is the same as before the resize.

Reproducible: Always
