Delay is 0, so it will always start on mouse over. And if rather than clicking to maximize/reopen, you rest mouse over the taskbar jump list icon--the preview should fully form. The shape of the preview/"black box" will mirror the proportion of the application frame. If you prefer to disable the preview, set a Windows registry value for "ExtendedUIHoverTime" to delay its launch. DWORD 32 in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced, values in miliseconds.
