The setting used in the provided example is the same used in our software for starting and LibreOffice for years. But once the SDk-Dlls are upgraded to 5.4.7.2, we get the bootstrap error. When you start your app, it needs to bind to a LibreOffice installation; and it looks the bootstrap information in the same place where the cli dlls are located.
