Please read this message in its entirety before proceeding.

This bug has been in NEEDINFO status with no change for at least
6 months. Please provide the requested information as soon as
possible and mark the bug as UNCONFIRMED. Due to regular bug
tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDINFO status with
no change in 30 days the QA team will close the bug as INSUFFICIENTDATA
due to lack of needed information.

A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

Thanks Mike. What would be the correct way to run this example successfully? 
The setting used in the provided example is the same used in our software for
starting and LibreOffice for years. But once the SDk-Dlls are upgraded to
5.4.7.2, we get the bootstrap error. When we downgrade to 4.x every thing is
O.K.

Well - from the first glance, this looks normal.

When you start your app, it needs to bind to a LibreOffice installation; and it
looks the bootstrap information in the same place where the cli dlls are
located. The dlls in the SDK are meant to provide the necessary development
environment, not to be used directly (since they are not related to any
LibreOffice installation).
