Description:
In new or existing documents, selecting the Insert-Field-More Fields menu
options causes hard crash.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.select Insert
2.Select Field
3.Select More Fields
Actual Results:
hard crash, application terminates
Expected Results:
more fields dialog should open
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
