As documented here: https://help.libreoffice.org/6.2/en-US/text/shared/01/0113.html?DbPAR=SHARED#bm_id3154621 These are print job specific and they always open the default settings that can be changed on the Options - $APPNAME - Print page. Calc is not reported yet, but has a "Skip empty pages" setting that is also not retained.
