Description:
Long cold start LibreOffice.
If you start by clicking right button on the quick launch icon in the tray, it
starts instantly, why is that?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice Writer
2. Writer starts after 10-15 seconds
3. If you close it and start by clicking on the quick launch icon in the tray,
it starts instantly,
why is that?
Actual Results:
Startup time is not very comfortable for employees.
Expected Results:
The start LibreOffice time is shortened, ideally equated with the start time
from the tray.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
