I would rather have a tip > on each restart, please. You are right, one tip per day is done per design. Point is that it is a tip of the _day_ and some users may restart the app quite often. I would rather have a tip on each restart, please. The 'tip for the day' happens only once at the first start up of the application and not on any restart in the same 'day.'
