Awww, fudge.
I just found the little button to the right of the 'Paragraph' style header
that pops up *all* the formatting options, and that was where I found the
border styles. Then found the border styles

If there was a way to show/edit formatting that can't be handled by the
properties sidebar's widgets, that'd be better.
Possibly a small text box on the properties sidebar?
