UI: Character style invisible in the toolbar
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Type some text & select
3. Styles -> Strong Emphasis... you can't see that the formatting is based on a
style
Actual Results:
you can't see that the formatting is based on a style or on direct formatting
Expected Results:
1. A character style dialog box
2. Or character style can't be overruled by direct formatting
Reproducible: Always
