There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. My search for duplicate reports turns up: (*) bug 13 Moving image down overlapping footnotes, and backup moves image down This looks like what Telesto mentions in comment 3. (*) bug 134189 A page layout loop hitting icu_67::RuleBasedBreakIterator::handleNext over and over Definitely a see-also. (*) bug 129747 Several footnotes in a multipage table causes massive display and formatting problems At least a see-also. Could be DUP based on "suddenly jumped to the second page" in description. Telesto, what do you think about these other bugs?
