(Windows, Mac, Linux) What version? 4) 6.0.2 is quite old, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 are EOL Last stable LO version is 6.4.6 Finally could you try to rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile) and try to open the file?
