Rendering is Skia/Raster. 7.0.0.3 and 7.1.0.1 have roughly the same result, close to 5.3s, while 7.0.4.2 can start up slightly below 5s: 4.9s or so. That's perhaps 0.5s of difference. On a side note, 6.0.0.3 starts up in 4.1-4.2s.
