Description:
Image is larger on DOCX file open compared to ODT (on screen), whereas dialogs
show the same measurement
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save to DOCX
3. File reload
4. Now open to ODT
5. And switch back and forward between both windows. Notice odd difference

This worked before 5.3
