Description:
Table properties changes only a cell in Impress (full table expected)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. insert a 2x2 table
3. Right click in a cell -> Table properties
4. borders tab
5. Change the line color & Press OK
6. Only a single cell changed
7. Open Writer
8. Insert a 2x2 table
9. Right click in a cell -> table properties
10. Border tab, set border to a color
11. Press OK -> Full table changes

Difference in behaviour between Writer and Impress
Expected Results:
Harmony (read Writer behaviour)
