Description:
When we are in RTL direction, in tables when we click the button to add new
column it does not consider the direction. So if I click on add "Columns After"
button, it adds new column to the left but in RTL languages it must be added to
the right.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change direction to RTL
2. Add a table with on row and at least 3 cols
3. Click on Col 2 and click "Columns After" or "Columns Before" buttons
Actual Results:
By clicking on "Columns After" it adds a column in right of current column and
vice versa for "Columns Before"
Expected Results:
By clicking on "Columns After" it is expected to adds a column in left of
current column and vice versa for "Columns Before"
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
