We changed the priority of one panel recently, think it was for bug 133265.
Word count changes with selection and IIRC some kind of view mode. There is
also bug 123083 for enhancement of this panel.

To me, it seems like this bug and bug 63361 are *both* duplicates of bug 92406.

There are different needs and opinions and I wouldn't support this.
Solution is bug 92406, and this should be a duplicate.
