Similar problem when checking
- "Negative numbers red"
- "Thousands separator"
in Format > Cells > Numbers dialog or sidebar UI

Same bug occurs with Currency category

Build ID: 376152fbd110cdc0a2cde1fa9758f36c016d9352
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded Jumbo

But works by adding the decimals by hand.
