Description:
In Writer, unsing the attached model, the Groupedbar Compact toolbar is
resized, as is the window was too small after the cursor is moved to a place
with a different style.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select View > User Interface > Groupedbar Compact; then apply to all.
2.Create a new Writer document using the attached 
3.Go at the end of the docuement. Type Cmd-0 to have text in the Text Body
style. 
4.Input any text
5.Type return
6.Input any text and press cmd-1 to switch to "Heading 1"



Actual Results:
The toolbar was spanning the full window.
After step 6, it is squeezed (see screen shot).
The toolbar size and span can be restored by resizing the window.


Expected Results:
Not change in the size of the toolbar


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
This might be related to the fonts, as this doesn't seem to occur with the
default document model.
