Open Writer 2. Insert rectangle shape 3. Export as PDF 4. If I export the same file, aligning the text to LTR, the margins are the same as the RTL file. It might have to do with the horizontal bar in the document. I get the similar (if not worse) results with a simple rectangle shape created from Writer.
