When using LibreOffice Draw 7.4.7.2 (x64) with Windows 11, clicking again on a
selected object no longer causes that object to enter into rotation mode.
I am still able to enter rotation mode using the Transformation toolbar when
the object is selected.
Interestingly, if I open a drawing made in an earlier version of LibreOffice
Draw, I can still click on a selected object and enter rotation mode.
